A: There are three projects for you information. Firstly, we have our own models, and any workable artwork or logos can be added per your requirements. Secondly, you put forward your idea, we will be able to make your idea as an real artwork, with our professional designer team. Thirdly, you offer the full details including specification & sketch, a quotation will be sent to you very soon.
Q: What accessories come with the inflatables?
A: The accessories include its repair kits (including the same color material, glue, needle and thread); packaging bag. CE/UL blower and video demo will be sent upon your request.

Q: How to order?

Q: How to pay?
A: T/T or L/C at sight (only for orders more than $50000), 50% down payment before production, 50% balance before shipping.
Q: How to operate an order?
A: At first, we will give you a Proforma Invoice, after we received your order, and then you pay the down payment which is 50% of total payment. After we got your payment, we will send purchase order to our factory. And the goods are manufactured immediately. When then goods finished, we will email you the digital photoed for your confirmation. We will arrange the delivery for you after receiving the rest payment.
Q: What is the producing time?
A: According to the order quantity. Regularly, 1 piece takes about one week, and the large quantity takes about one month. However, it can be +/- depending on the design and the size.
Q: How about the shipping?
A: We have our own shipping company, so we can offer the more suitable price and service. And the shipping agent you appointed is also acceptable. The inflatable goods can be sent by air or by sea. The approximate transit time by air is 7 work days maximum and by sea 20-30 days. Air charge is different form different countries. |
